It seems like years ago, that my husband and I began looking for “our” home...
We walked into an open house and struck up a conversation with Joelle. She began showing us homes. For a while, we just couldn’t find the right home. Winter hit and so we put our house search on hold. Joelle displayed such patience with us during this time. Spring came along, and we took up house hunting once again. Joelle was available at all times to show us NUMEROUS houses. I don’t think there was ever a time that she said “No, I can’t make it”.
The market picked up, but, unfortunately, there wasn’t much inventory. Houses, in our price range, were going FAST when they did hit the market. Joelle was prepared to pre-view any homes that we were interested in, due to both my husband and I having to work. At the same time as us looking for a house to buy, Joelle was also selling the home we were in. She completed this task VERY quickly, which put us in a run for time. Fortunately, a great house hit the market and we were able to buy it! Today, we got the keys and are moving into our new home!
